Kochkurse


Küche bedeutet in erster Linie Kultur, Geselligkeit und Kreativität und eine Art und Weise, die Traditionen des Gastlandes oder besuchten Gebietes zu erforschen. Denen, die eine Reise durch die typisch umbrische Geschmackslandschaft (und mehr) unternehmen wollen bieten wir Kochkurse an. In angenehmer, geselliger Atmosphäre lernt man, ein oder mehr Menüs zu konzeptualisieren und zu realisieren. Verschiedene Speisen werden aufeinander abgestimmt und dazu passende Weine ausgesucht.

Das mit der Zeit reifende Wissen um kulinarische Grundprinzipien und den Gebrauch der richtigen Zutaten ermöglicht, die eigene Phantasie zu befreien und auf diese Weise eigene, erfolgreiche Rezepte zu kreieren. Unsere Küche ist wesentlich, einfach und konkret - unentbehrliche Charakteristiken sowohl der einfachsten als auch der raffiniertesten Menüs und weiter veredelt durch die Qualität der Zutaten.

6,00 p.m. pizza dinner, everybody preparing and cooking their own pizza with different toppings using our traditional wood oven – beer and soft drinks included

10,00 visit to la Scarzuola, the famous architect Buzzi’s city – wine tasting at the Montegiove castle. Lunch in Montegiove – After lunch visit to Orvieto and beautiful Civita di Bagnoregio
8 p.m. dinner at a typical Umbrian style restaurant
