The restaurant and cooking facilities

In essence, your stay with us is a bed-and-breakfast holiday-deal, which allows you to make the most of the great and wonderful variety of local restaurants and "trattorias", we will be happy to give you suggestions and advises on restaurants and dishes. We are lucky as within easy driving distance we have some lovely restaurant serving great food. When you don't feel like going out you are welcome to borrow our kitchen tools to prepare yourself something simple. Don't hesitate to ask Gianluca for special hints or recepies, he will be happy to assist. During the summer we also offer a simple service at lunch based on a few tasty cold bites such as caprese, carpaccio, salad of the day, and a few cooked ones, such as pasta with fresh tomato sauce, grilled vegetables or vegetarian soups. Prices are very reasonable and a menu is available on our board at reception. Occasionally to enhance our service to our guests, we provide dinner on site, but just on special request.. Dinner needs to be booked in advance and we need a minimum number of guests to organize it (nomally 6 or 8). Menus may be customized according to specific tastes. Our menu is based on traditional dishes revisited with a little imagination, and we always use our homegrown or local, organic products. Costs need to be discussed.

In summertime, breakfast is served in the garden, whereas at other times of year the cosy dining room in the main house is the venue. Breakfast is based on homemade or locally sourced products. It consists of fresh fruit, cakes, biscuits, toast with honey or a selection of jams and homemade yoghurt. It is enriched by local cheese and cured meat, and free range eggs cooked to order.
Special gluten-free breakfasts are available if booked ahead.
